Pet Policies?
Dogs, cats.( No aggressive breeds per insurance policy) maximum 2 pets. 1 pet $500 $250 non refundable./ 2 pets $700 $350 non refundable. weight limit 1 pet 75lb/ 2 pets 90lb combined. monthly pet rent.
What are your fees?
One time fee: application and Admin fee.
Will my security deposit totally refundable.
Security deposit are refundable as long as no out standing balance, residence left in excellent condition, and no damage fees are applied.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
Money order, Debit and ACH payments.
